Welcome to ImmerseFlow ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing, browsing, subscribing to, or using our Chrome Extension and associated websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

ImmerseFlow is an AI-powered language learning assistant that provides bilingual subtitles, AI word segmentation and lookup, and AI sentence-level analysis on streaming platforms.

⚠️ Third-Party Platform Dependency: ImmerseFlow's functionality relies heavily on the active interface, page structure, player components, and data protocols of third-party video platforms (including but not limited to Netflix and YouTube). In the event that these platforms implement architectural updates or technical modifications that cause incompatibility with our extension, such occurrences shall be deemed force majeure events beyond our control. While we will make reasonable efforts to resolve compatibility issues, we shall not be liable for any refunds, losses, or legal liabilities arising from such service interruptions.

⚠️ Intellectual Property Rights: ImmerseFlow processes subtitle data locally inside the user's browser. We do NOT download, store, modify, or redistribute copyrighted videos or audio streams. All copyrights belong to their respective platforms and creators.

We offer Free and Pro subscription plans:

• Merchant of Record: Our subscription billing is securely handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), responsible for secure checkout, billing, and tax compliance.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time via your dashboard.
• Fair Use Limit: To maintain API safety and stability, Pro accounts have a daily fair-use limit of 20 new AI requests (resets daily at 00:00 UTC+8, unused quota does not roll over, and cached requests do not count).

Users agree not to:

• Exploit our API endpoints via scripts/automation.
• Reverse-engineer authentication mechanisms or try to bypass the licensing checks.
• Use the product for unauthorized commercial redistribution.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is located.
